Stuffed jalapenos are one of our favorite little treats, they are so easy to make and very delicious. Even my kids love these. They’re great for parties or just an afternoon snack.
- 9 – 12 fresh jalapenos
- 1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3-4 green onions, diced
- 1 package of bacon
- Preheat oven to 375°
Cut jalapenos in half length wise and use a spoon to remove all seeds, open your package of bacon and cut right down the middle, in a bowl combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and green.
Now you are ready to begin stuffing each jalapeno with the filling, (do not over fill, it will ooze out, just fill to the top of the jalapeno) then you take a half of a slice of the bacon and wrap each jalapeno and continue to do the same for the rest. Once all jalapenos are stuffed with the filling and wrapped with a slice of bacon, place on a foil lined baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes.
It’s that easy!
We hope you enjoy this recipe.
